"Never in a million years did I think walking into an insurance office could feel like home—but that’s exactly what you get here. The Bigfork team is incredibly devoted to the community, and everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming… and yes, they even laugh at my bad jokes. It's just fun to stop in and say hi, drink some coffee and raid their snacks. Seriously, love Katie and her whole crew! Warm fuzzies aside, what really matters is how they show up when things go sideways. Our family was in a car accident in October, and our previous agent completely dropped the ball—calls weren’t returned, things were confusing, and honestly, it felt stressful and uncertain. One call to Katie Hicks’ office changed everything. I spoke with Cat, and from that moment on, we were taken care of. They walked us through every step, answered every question, and made a tough situation feel manageable. Since then, every interaction—whether it’s Zoe or anyone else on the team—has been easy, clear, and genuinely helpful. "Julie was freaking amazing to work with. "Julie Merritt goes her way to make sure every single detail is taken care of when it comes to insurance . I have called her several times for clarity and she has always been extremely professional and willing to help me.
